Tillman’s gourmet Key Lime Meringue Pie makes a perfect ending to any dinner menu. Prepared by our in-store bakers, our Smooth and Silky Key Lime Meringue is a very popular meringue pie selection.

Served cold, full of flavor and a delicious condensed milk key lime filling, our Key Lime Meringue is topped off with a beautiful layer of sweet graham crust.

Measuring about 10 inches in diameter our meringue can yield 8 generous slices. They are ideal to end off a lovely home dinner, or perfectly suitable as a gift to a dinner party.

Our smoked brisket, ribs, sausage and turkeys are all brined to perfection in our old-fashioned brine, then hand rubbed with our unique blend of herbs and spices, and smoked to perfection using only sweet cherry-wood.

Along with our meats, we have a wide selection of our own Rubs & Spices.
Tillman’s unique marinades, spices and rubs hold up well for slow-roasting when long cooking times tend to kill the flavor of finely ground spices.

Our spices and rubs add delicious flavor when rubbed into steaks and rested overnight before cooking. Mix our spices and rubs into a marinade, or rub them right on dry or with a little oil, and you're ready to create your masterpiece!

Skillful Processing of Wild Game

In-House Bakery

We also have an in-house bakery that makes fresh baked goodies made from scratch. We also fill special orders for pies, pound-cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars and more for that special occasion.

We have a very talented team of Master Butchers and Meat Cutters who are very knowledgeable in the craft. Our Master Butchers each have over 30 years experience, and with it comes highly skilled craftsmanship and the best quality game processing.

Our butchers are easy to work with, they ask that when you bring your game, it is:

In an iced down cooler that keeps the meat below 41 degrees
Skinned, gutted, and quartered
Clean and free of all foreign debris and residue - including hair, bullets, arrowheads etc.

Always, bring your game to us in an iced down cooler - we always check receiving temperatures. Our butcher will receive and store your game in our freezer with a freezer bag for the period that we hold it. We don't keep coolers. When you return for pick-up, please come back with your iced cooler for safe and acceptable transportation back home.

It is very important to keep the temperature of the meat below 41 degrees to prevent decomposition, bacterial growth, and any contamination.

We do not keep coolers in our premises due to limited space and in order to meet and maintain acceptable storage temperatures of the game inside the cooler.
