Shipping Policy

Our Promise

We'll work diligently to have your orders filled and shipped out as early as possible. Your satisfaction is our motivation, and we want to get you your steaks as quickly as we can. 

  • All orders are processed upon receipt.
  • We kindly ask that you allow up to 3 business days for processing and filling your order as our meat is cut fresh, flash frozen then shipped.
  • Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for weekends, holidays or non-business days.
  • Shipping costs are dependent upon weight, shipping address, and shipping method.
  • Shipping method will be selected at checkout.
  • Packages will be shipped in the order they are received.
  • Your package will arrive usually within 7 business days or less from the day you place your order.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and shipping address. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 2 - 3 business days for delivery based on the transit time of the selected service.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully!

Tillman’s Meats reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Tillman’s Meats shipments are perishable, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to re-route the cooler. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Shipping To PO Boxes

Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Expedited 2 Day Shipping

USPS 2 day orders must be placed by 9:00 AM EST to start processing the same day. All orders received after 9:00 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. Processing usually takes about 2 days and will arrive 2 -3 business days from when the order is ready to ship. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

International Shipping

Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products internationally. We’ll proudly ship to all 50 states in the USA.

Order Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
