I used this to make meatballs, they turned out well! Very tender, I used the trifecta of ground beef, pork and veal. Veal is impossible to find in my area.

The rabbit arrived in great condition and had no problems. Since it was my first time having rabbit, that did not go so well. Rabbit isn't something I can eat apparently. Cats liked it, dogs not so much. If you like rabbit, Tillman's Meats did a great job with the shipping and the meat was still frozen when it arrived.
